| Cancelling
Service |
We
expect you to be a customer year in and year out.
Once you've signed up for services we'll continue
to service your property until a
2 week notice is
given to stop service. |
| Season |
Weekly and Bi-Weekly customers. March - November,
continuing from year to year until you cancel. |
| Basic & One time
service |
Mow your entire
lot.
Edge
your walk ways, side walks and driveways.
Line
trim
your fence line, flower bed borders, a\c unit
borders, mailbox stand, around trees, shrubs and any
other grass that can not be cut with our mowers.
Leaf
blow
sidewalks, walkways, drive ways and Street gutters. |
| Weekly and
Bi-Weekly |
Weekly
and Bi-weekly mowing starts at
$30.00
per visit on a weekly basis. We will need to charge
extra for over growth. Anything over 4 inches will
be billed 2 time’s normal rate or more. We recommend
weekly service to keep it looking its best.
If you choose to have
Bi-weekly service we can not guarantee that grass
clippings will be properly mulched. Piles and
stripes may exist, if the grass it too long the
mower will not mulch it properly. Bagging your lawn
will be charged an extra fee of $15.00.

| Mow Day & Time |
Your days will be pre-set at the time of service
activation. Although we try to be on a regular
schedule we may or may not be in your area at the
same time every service date. We will
however always show up on the pre-determined service
day. Unless weather interferes,
anywhere from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. Rain delays
may occur. WE DO NOT MOW IN THE RAIN OR STORMY
CONDITIONS |
| Payment |
We
accept Cash, Check, Money Order, or online payments
via PayPal. There will be a $25.00 fee for any
returned checks. |
| Rain |
WE DO NOT MOW IN THE RAIN.
Some companies do. We don't see the need to cut ruts
and spread mud. Your lawn will be held over to the
next descent day. In a reasonable time. In some
cases we may come a day early to stay ahead of a
storm. |
| Changes
|
Please try and make any changes with at least a
full weeks notice at minimum. |
| Flower Beds |
Clean up of anything inside of any borders (i.e.
flowerbeds, trees, walkways, ect.) is not part of a
basic service weekly or bi-weekly. We offer bed work
for $55.00 per hour.
The bed crew is billed separately from your regular
services. |
| Clean up |
We
can not clean any toys, lawn chairs, tables or BBQ's
and such from yards. Please have all areas to be
mowed picked up and cleaned on the day of your
service. |
| Fertilization |
We
are not State Licensed. This means we can not spray
any chemicals. We only apply over the counter
products found at Lowes or Home Depot. |
| Pets and Gates
|
We
will need to be able to have access to the entire
property on your service dates. Please keep all pets
inside on service dates. We have dogs so we know
they can bite strangers. |
